Sondhus products are shipped with front door parcel delivery. Items ship from our fabrication mill in New Milford, CT and arrive within 5-7 business days after your order is made. Please note that our current lead time from order to shipment is 1-2 weeks. Within this timeframe, we take great care to meticulously craft each component to our quality standards.
Once your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be provided. We take great care in packaging your furniture to reduce the risk of damage during transit. We rely on trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Upon delivery, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your furniture for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, please contact our customer support team and we address the concern promptly.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you decide to return your order within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
